More than half of my clients are from out of state and we communicate by phone, email, texts, and comments left on the interactive workout calendar I prepare. But if you are a local client, we can also arrange clinic rides as part of your monthly coaching plan.

For example, while we ride together I can analyze your pedaling and body position in a real situation—not just in a stationary position on a trainer—and I can suggest ways you can become more efficient. We can drill techniques for climbing, descending, cornering, and sprinting. We can simulate the bumping that occurs in a bunch sprint, the starting of a time trial, attacking the peloton in a road race, and covering such attacks.

I can show newer riders how to use clipless pedals for the first time, how to ride in a pace line, how to drink and feed while riding, and how to safely know what is behind you on the road.
